8th Annual Punkin Chunkin Festival

Pumpkin chucking, or for rhyming purposes Punkin Chunkin and Pumpkin Chunking, is the sport of hurling or 'chucking' a pumpkins solely by mechanical means for distance. The devices used include slingshots, catapults, centrifugals, trebuchets, pneumatic cannons and HUMAN POWER sometimes by means of a "bicycle". *** FUN for the Whole Family .... Food---Crafts---Vendors---Games Zip Line --- Airplane rides --- Entertainment --- Spud Gun Competition --- Chili Cook-Off --- Anything Pumpkin Cook/Bake-off --- Pie Eating Contest 2016 Machies Entered so far..go here. $5 adults $1 Children 5 – 10 and under 5 free, parking prices $3, DO NOT BRING PETS but do bring friends and lawn chairs. *** 811 Settawig Road, Brasstown.
