Ben Nemo, chief marketer behind the resurgence of Krystal burger restaurants, to speak at Endeavor’s Collaborators & Cocktails on September 27
Speaker to share story behind the revitalization of the country’s second-oldest burger chain
Endeavor, a membership-based coworking community for creatives and corporate marketing teams, announces that Benjamin Nemo, the top national marketer responsible for the marketing resurgence for Krystal, one of the South’s best-loved hamburgers, will speak at its next Collaborators & Cocktails networking speaker series on September 27, 2018.
Nemo will give attendees an inside look into how Krystal redefined its strategic objectives and repositioned the brand for optimal growth, and will showcase a history of the brand’s creative work, including the new “Live a Little” campaign that celebrates the energy and connection driven by its iconic small, square hamburger with steamed-in onions.
Nemo, who started his career as a financial analyst before moving into creative services, has more than 20 years’ experience marketing major brands. As the industry manager for restaurants while at Facebook, he helped large restaurant brands achieve brand and performance objectives by adapting to mobile. Prior to Krystal, Nemo held several leadership roles in the restaurant and hospitality industry, including leading the “Louisiana Fast” brand repositioning for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, creating a full-service brand strategy for Marriott International, and directing brand and product innovation during the sales turnaround for Burger King Corporation.
Nemo received his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and his BA in Economics and Spanish from Duke University.
